What shipping methods do you use? 
We ship USPS First Class and First Class International. Priority Mail also available.

What are the shipping rates?
We currently offer FREE shipping on USA orders over $100.

Shipping rates are calculated by the US Post office, based on weight and shipping destination. Enter your shipping details and the shipping cost will be calculated for you in the cart before checkout. 

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. Unless the US Postal service has shipment restrictions to your country.

How soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. 

When will my order be delivered?
USPS transit time varies by location. We ship from Tucson Arizona. Shipping within the USA can take up to 5-7 business days. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks to arrive, longer if held in customs. However these are only estimates since USPS does not guarantee delivery dates.

What if my package is lost?
We recommend contacting your local post office with the tracking number, so they can assist in finding it's location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we understand packages do get lost within the mail system on occasion and we will do our best to help track it and/or file a claim with the USPS. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible for any order changes. Since most orders are processed, packed and shipped shortly after being placed, order changes may not always be possible.
